Remember to start the day with “first-thing-in-the-morning-prayer”. As you awaken, talk to God before you talk to anyone else. Start with your prayer breathing exercise mentioned earlier (DAY ONE) : exhale, Lord I need your and then inhale, Lord, I receive you. It’s a great way to start the day. I have also found this to be beneficial throughout the day. When I go into a meeting, engage in conversation, making a tough decision I breathe a prayer.
“For I know the plans I have for you," says the LORD. "They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.”
Lord, push back the horizons of my dreams and push me into the future you have for me with strength, hope and courage.
